North America – Orlando, Florida — In the pre-dawn hours of January 14, 2026 A.D., a malicious incident occurred near International Drive involving the Orange County Sheriff’s Office agency, which has ignited a firestorm of huge political debate regarding the lawful status, history, and Constitutional standing of the true American natives, with the United States as the body politic operating at North America. A private Moorish-American national, while walking on a publicly accessible sidewalk near International Drive, was fraudulently detained and deceitfully subjected to false arrest under false pretense, by policy-enforcing agents operating under the Orange County Sheriff’s Office agency platform.

Willis and guard employees pretending to be “Correctional Officers“. His fingerprints were blatantly stolen under threat, duress, and coercion, and placed into a fictional misnomer record database that the Jail Administration used to hold him hostage and intentionally misidentify the Moor as some “Sovereign Citizen” fraudulent label created by hostile colonizers to build propaganda against competent people who know Constitutional law (especially natural people of said African-descent).
Apparently, the upright and honorable Moorish-American was quickly surrounded by four (4) agents with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office agency, including Austin Boniface, Badge 11163, who led the staged jaywalking false accusations with his co-workers, against the American native Moor, who carried himself peacefully under the harassment circumstances. The blatant kidnapping of the Moorish-American led to Color-of-Law practices by what the public would believe to be Constitutional “Sheriff’s” in the matter. And for those who do not know, “jaywalking” has been a made-up policy for Domestic Police Forces to violate peoples’ United States Republic Constitutional rights at North America.
All the while, the Moorish-American national, who was held hostage by the COUNTY OF ORANGE Administration agency participants, was denied simple Due Process to represent himself In Propria Persona (In his lawful and proper standing), simply to clear the matter up and be quickly released for the malfeasance demonstrated by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office agents. Instead, he was tormented by willful negligence of COUNTY OF ORANGE employees and deprived proper nourishment for months, which led to rapid weight loss and other physical injuries. The matter could have easily been remedied, had the Magistrates involved demonstrated their obligated “good behavior” contractual clause with the Constitution for the united States of America Republic 1787; 1791 A.D., rather than human traffick an estate heir via their Administrative jail system under false accusations conducted by policy-enforcers who violated an American native’s Constitutional rights with malicious intent. To date, the injured Moorish-American never received any financial recompense for the fraud conducted against himself by All involved persons / parties in the matter, even though the Moor filed a lawful Suit Action for the public record with the United States Supreme Court.
