Courts at North America and Colonial Tribunals Across North America Held to Full Liabilities for Ongoing Violations of Oaths or Affirmations and Suppression of Al Moroccan / Moor / Moorish American Rights
North America, 2026 A.D. – The Moroccan Press at North America today issues a public and legal notice to all courts at North America and all inferior colonial tribunals (“kangaroo courts“) operating within the United States body politic and the Aboriginal North American territories. This summons comes in light of longstanding, systemic violations of oaths and affirmations of office by judges and magistrates, as well as the suppression of rights and lawful claims by the historically disenfranchised Al Moroccan / Moorish American population of said African-descent all over North America for the public record.
Since the early colonial era at North America, dating all the way back to the late 1700s after the Treaty of Peace and Friendship Between Morocco and United States 1787; 1836 A.D. (for North America, Aboriginal), courts at North America and the many colonial Caucasian / European tribunals pretending to be lawful courts at North America, have operated under the extreme false pretense of upholding the supreme law of the land (* See United States Republic Constitution – Article VI), while in fact subjugating the birth-rights of the Aboriginal and Indigenous Al Moroccan / Moor / Moorish American Aboriginal inhabitants, as the rightful heirs and stewards to the organic land / estate. The blatant colonizer deception all over North America has resulted in a centuries-long period of total oppression, persecution, systematic deprivation of rights, systematic conspiracy against rights, slavery, crimes against humanity, mass acts of genocide, and systematic erasure of the true history at North America and the true identity of the Al Moroccan / American native nationals, who are the direct bloodline descendants to the ancestral and lawful estate heirs to North America.
The Public and Legal Notice, by this global Press Release draws high political attention to the 1787 A.D. Treaty of Peace and Friendship Between Morocco and United States, which established the national birth-rights and national sovereignty of all Aboriginal and Indigenous Al Moroccans / Moors / Moorish Americans of said African-descent to North American soil, with all hereditaments and tenements claimed by the rightful estate heirs in 2026 A.D. The Mother treaty for North America was further ratified in 1836 A.D., and remains unbroken as one of the longest-standing treaties in history around the world. Despite the historically-binding contracts against all colonizers and their mixed-bloodline descendants still fraudulently occupying North America, with the binding contract(s) against the United States still in effect to date, courts at North America and colonial inferior tribunals still pretending to be lawful courts, have consistently failed to uphold their oaths and affirmations (contractual obligations owed to all rightful estate heirs – i.e. Al Moroccans / Moors / Moorish Americans of said African-descent) to protect all of the birth-rights belonging specifically-to the Al Moroccans / Moors / Moorish Americans of said African-descent, instead perpetuating the colonial oppression of the distant past, still fraudulently being upheld by hostile and belligerent military conquests in modern-days. The lawful term “American”, internationally and lawful refers to the true Americans, the Aboriginal and Indigenous Al Moroccans / Moors of said African-descent and never belonged to Caucasians / Europeans at North America, nor their mixed-bloodline offspring (children), having fraudulently and historically taken on the political identity, as they are truly Caucasians and of Caucasian-descent for the public record, referring to the paleolithic (pale – even if some very light melanin in their skin – not be be mistaken with various copper-complexion shades of skin carried by Aboriginal and Indigenous natural people of said African-descent) woman and man.
The Moroccan Press at North America Team urges all courts at North America, and colonizer-controlled inferior tribunals all over the land / estate, to immediately cease and desist their treasonous violations of oaths and affirmations to the United States Republic Constitution, and to immediately begin effectuating the lawful land and estate claims of upright and honorable Al Moroccans / Moors / Moorish Americans of said African-descent at North America, without further belligerence or obstruction of justice from hostile colonizers fraudulently and belligerently sitting political seats, working for hostile corporate conglomerate persons hiding behind-the-scenes due to vast financial extortion from commercial operations all over North American soil; implemented by historical land and resource theft, which has always belonged to the rightful estate heirs, to date. Such a peaceful command requires all courts at North America to fully re-establish the Aboriginal de jure law system for the republic / natural people and the ancestral government for the republic, originated by the Aboriginal inhabitants to North America, namely the Al Moroccans / Moors / Moorish Americans of said African-descent, rather than the colonizer-imposed English parliament and Canon Law systems, controlled by the ‘Crown of England‘, along with The Vatican for the public record.
The Public and Legal Notice also highlights the centuries-long psychological warfare and mind control campaigns waged against the Al Moroccans / Moors / Moorish Americans of said African-descent at North America, specifically designed to break their spirits and conformity to colonial rule, while having fraudulently assimilated millions of direct bloodline descendants to the Aboriginal and Indigenous Al Moroccan / American native nationals of said African-descent, to systematic colonial rule by fraud, for generations. Such historical fraud and deception that has been effectuated by the hostile and belligerent colonizers still fraudulently occupying North America to date, includes the fraudulent labeling and misclassification of the Aboriginal inhabitants (American native nationals) people as so-called “Black people,” a term that has been intentionally used by the hostile and belligerent and militant Caucasian occupiers and their mixed-bloodline descendants of modern-days, to strip the rightful Al Moroccan estate heirs of said African-descent of their true, national identity and lawful birth-rights known around the world.

Such lawful effectuation requires a comprehensive dismantling of the fraudulent colonial courts at North America, operating as belligerent trustees against all rightful estate heirs, and the malicious colonizer-controlled tribunal systems built solely for commercial profiteering endeavors, that have perpetuated political and legal oppression against all natural people of said African-descent at North America, for centuries, and the re-establishment of true de jure law (opposite of feudal law – law for true justice in favor of the natural people upon a land / estate) that genuinely upholds the national sovereignty and full birth-rights to autonomy and self-determination, specifically belonging to the Aboriginal and Indigenous Al Moroccans / Moors / Moorish Americans of said African-descent at North America.
